Research Activities

Our research is organized in two directions:

Computer aided image analysis for diagnosis

In this aspect of our work, we develop algorithms that help medical doctors to make decisions. We have developped such tools for detection of:

  • Breast cancer,
  • Glaucoma,
  • Leukemia

Development of telemedicine systems

This work deals with chaos-based images and signals that encrypt and transmit them. The chaotic systems are first of all built then the cryptosystems designed.
